When you “checked the submission page for more details”, what did the submission page say? When this happened to me, the submission page said:
Evaluation timed out. Please ensure that your code finishes within 4 hours.
This message was displayed in the section “Failed to Generate Predictions” on the submission page. To check the submission page, click the button that says “View” to the right of the text “Gym server stopped unexpectedly”.

Sad story. When i view the page, it shows “Logs are not available.”. And the submission still running in step3.
