Can you try adding pip install lxml to the Install packages 
Section and see if that works ?
No, there aren’t any errors here, it’s just warnings, and it’s pretty normal to see these warnings in the submission so your submission should be fine.
but prediction on test data has failed on the same submission. Submission id is #148123
