Where are obstacles?

The competition overview states “There will be a fixed number of randomly-placed objects on the race track during the evaluation.”
However, I could not find any obstacles in my environment. Is the description wrong? or is there another version of the environment available?

Probably there is some issue with the latest release, should be fixed soon.

there are still no obstacles on the track. Is this going to change in round 1?
