Thanks for the question !

It is not required to do a video conference or write a paper for the winning teams but we strongly encourage to do it for CVPPA: CVPPA 2021 Workshop

However, a 45min video interview, with a short 10 min presentation of the solutions are required for the winners.

Does it clarify the requirements ?
