Waiting_in_queue for long time

Our submission got the following message and got stuck for more than half an hour

Should we change our configuration or just waiting? We use 8 CPUs and each CPU handles for 20 envs.

Hello @lyz

There is spike in the submissions recently and resulted in all the submissions queuing up. The label on the issue will get updated once the evaluation starts for the submission.
