Is it allowed to train prediction model locally and upload it in submussion? I don’t see any other way to use models that require more than 10 minutes to train.

Yes @alexander_penkin and in fact we prefer you to submit a trained model in your submission. This is what happens both for the notebook submissions and the zip submissions.
