Urgent: submission limit is rolling 24h, not the published UTC-day reset

The challenge overview and launch announcement state that the 50-entry limit is per UTC day and resets at 00:00 UTC. Our account is currently blocked, but the submission page says submissions return only at 2026-08-01 08:11:02 UTC—after Phase 1 closes at 2026-07-31 23:59 UTC. The CLI returns the same timestamp with HTTP 403.

This appears to enforce a rolling 24-hour window, contrary to the published UTC-day rule, and prevents use of the July 31 allowance participants planned around. Could AIcrowd urgently correct/reset the counter or clarify a valid way to submit before the Phase-1 deadline?

@ely2sh : We double checked that the configuration is correct, and the challenge uses a fixed-window for submission quotas. We have received 50 submissions from your account on this date:
