Upload file failed

I output my answer to a txt file, but the system keep reminding uploading failed. Anyone know how to solve this problem pls?

  • This is happening on which page?
  • File size of your file?

Thanks for replying, this situation happened in the page of ‘create submission’. After I reflash the page, it works well.
