UPDATE - NVS Compound data in the workspace

Hi

We have now made available some compound data with proprietary assay results for a wide range of compounds. This is available in the folder: /shared_data/data/compound_data. A PDF provides more detals of the data

Please note the following:

  1. The documentation in pQSAR-usecases.pdf refers to the usual deployment environment inside Novartis, and not this DRE Workspace environment. You will need to adapt your scripts etc. to make use of the data.

  2. An additional file is available ZscaledAllAssaysNVS.csv, but due to it’s size (400G) additional workspace configuration is required. We are finalising how to share this effectively. If you are ready to use this data, please contact Aridhia at servicedesk@aridhia.com with the subject “Compound data - Full Access”

  3. Some of the files are relatively large, you may find latency in reading or processing these files.
