"Unauthorized" error please help

Hi admins,

I’m getting “Unauthorized” error when trying to create a new submission session.

Background:

  • I was able to submit successfully multiple times before without any issues.
  • Starting today (Jan 13), I keep getting this error.
  • My previous submission (#307457) on Jan 11 failed with message: “Failed to record scores. Please reach out to admins.”

Troubleshooting I’ve tried:

  • Regenerated my API key
  • Verified API key is correctly set in environment
  • Local mode (--local) works fine

Account info:

  • Username: supercwk
  • Track: Track 2

Could you please help check my account status? It seems the previous failed submission may have affected my ability to create new sessions.

I think, it should be worked.
I’ve updated API key with the same process.

re-check your environment variable name. (typo?)
Or you might need admin’s help.
