I wonder whether I have to create a new team account or I just email Unity at OTC@unity3d.com with details information of the team members.

We are currrently working on releasing a full blown Teams feature on the whole platform.
In the meantime, the recommended approach is to create a separate account for the whole Team. Or consistently use a single account for making the submissions.
