I noticed there is a “5 submission remaining” on the submission page. But after 5 submissions, I was still able to submit. So what’s the limit of submission time, within a certain period?

You can make a total of 5 successful submission in a day. We also have an extra quota of 10 failed submission/day. In case the failed submission are more than 10 then those are counted from successful submission quota.
