Submission issues

Since a couple of hours ago I cannot submit anything. I push the tag to the repo as always but the submission does not appear in my issues.

Is it happening something at infrastructure level?

I encounter the same problem. There is no submission issues in my repo after pushing my tag

[du_ting_wen_8]

I tried again, and now it works.
