Submission failure with empty logs

Hello,
Our last submission failed but the debug logs is empty and we can not have idea about the failure cause.
Are there other ways to find why the submission failed ?

@rlefdali : If you are referring to this submission, the logs were already posted on the specific issue.

and this submission has the debug logs included as well.
