Submission failed without useful information in logs

Hello, I tried submit the same solution twice, but both attempts failed.
The submit hash for the first attempt is 885fb122b2d3396ef56e0ca7ff06fa2c97ee64d4. It appears to have failed during the environment setup, but I couldn’t find some useful information in logs.
The submit hash for the second attempt is 885fb122b2d3396ef56e0ca7ff06fa2c97ee64d4. It also failed during the environment setup and was stuck until “Step exceeded its deadline.” Similarly, I couldn’t find some useful information in logs.

Now I got third attempt failed. Is error: failed to solve: process "/bin/sh -c pip install -r requirements.txt --no-cache-dir" did not complete successfully: exit code: 1 the problem?
