under submission format this file is referenced but it does not exist under resources

The file sample_submission_phase1_v2.csv is already uploaded and you can find it under “Resources” tab. It is updated version of sample_submission_phase1.csv. File sample_submission_phase1_v2.csv cointains image names corresponding to the " test_images_phase1" but dummy bounding box coordinates and dummy class names.
