The submission system keep saying this:
Submission failed: You have not qualified for this round. Please review the challenge rules at www.aicrowd.com

But I have accepted the rules one the website and click the ". Does this challenge need any registration?

I resolved my problem by submitting via submit.sh script following this guide

@mikhail_sukhovey Good to know. You should also be able to make normal submissions now.
