Orientation of bbox coordinates

Hi,

thanks for releasing the data. I have a brief question about the bbox file.
Can you may say a few word about the orientation of the bboxes?
What does x and y stand for here and which orientation was used to generate the coordinates?
The RAS orientation of NIFTI or LPI of simpleITK?

Hi Daniel, This is itk convention, as described here https://www.aicrowd.com/challenges/miccai-2021-hecktor#data-description
We also provide a script to use the bounding boxes and resample the data on our github:

Hi Vincent,

I had a follow up question on this topic. The data mentions that the coordinates are in the patient reference, does that mean they are in neurological view? (or radiological?)
