NoSuchKey when downloading data

Im not able to download the data. I get the error message NoSuchKey and a 404 error. How do I fix this?

@cfernhout: We are updating all the datasets at the moment, and the datasets should be back online in about 20 minutes from now. Sorry for the inconvenience.
