My submission doesn't trigger evaluation

Hi, I follow the instructions in the READMD.md and push a tag “submission-v0.1” to my gitlab repo, but nothing happens, the issue page is still empty. I can’t see any runner that was running my submission.
Which step can I did wrong?

Hi @shivam - could you please take a look at my repo as well? I pushed a “submission-” tag and it did not trigger an evaluation. I have the same stdout as the original poster.
