The git hash for my last two submissions has not changed (no changes were made to the repo). I mistakenly added two different tags and they are being counted as two different submissions, is it possible to remove one?
Are there 5 submissions per day, or for the whole challenge?

Please note that the submission limit is five per day, not for the entire duration of the challenge. This means the submission count resets daily.
As for the submissions under two different tags you mentioned, we aim to maintain fairness among all participants. Therefore, we refrain from manually removing any submissions that have already been accepted.
