Missed round-1, can I still play and eligible for finale?

I missed submitting my model for round-1… but now when round-2 was started… I tried submitting and it got enqueued, so why question is whether I could participate in the competition starting with round-2 ?

accepted in round-2 leaderboard but not sure if eligible as I missed round-1 entirely…

Yes, you are eligible to take part in Round 2, even if you did not take part in Round 1.
