Should incorrect submission be counted in overall submission number?
Moreover, once I even did not download anything - but platform counted empty submit without file.

It is a configurable option per-challenge, I can check with organisers if they want to consider failed submissions into the submission limit and update accordingly.

Let me check this bug, you are correct – in case of no upload, it shouldn’t be considered as submission. I am reverting submissions with empty/no file upload and adding validation so it don’t happen in future. Thanks for reporting it.

I have increased the number of submissions per day, this should not be an issue any more.
