Hi all,

Aridhia will disable access to virtual machine on 9am GMT 13 Jan.

Please make sure you copy any data that you want to keep into: /home/workspace/files

All data in /home/workspace/files is also copied into workspace web interface - Files tab.

Once you copied the data into /home/workspace/files, please make sure you go to the workspace web interface - Files tab and confirm the data is there.

Hi,

Is it possible to access the workspace files after 13th until 16th/17th for any additional study in python for presentation?It yes,what would be the process as the VMs will be down.

Hi,

Access to workspaces is extended until end of day 17th (Nick did not specify time yet but I assume it will be 6pm EST). You cannot do python work within workspace.
You can do presentation work in workspaces using R shiny script provided (see this thread, first post) but it is limited.
Additional, we are working with Nick on alternatives to make data available for work on users’ local machines that would be OK in regards to Compliance. More info on that shortly.
