Hi team,

team TvT here, just want to follow up on the status of our credit application, which was submitted two weeks ago.
To date, we have not received any updates regarding whether the application was approved or declined. According to the initial guidelines provided, the processing time was expected to be 7 to 14 days.

​Could you please confirm if our application has been officially processed? Additionally, we would like to know when we can expect to receive the application result and, if approved, how soon the credit will be issued.
