In the Phase 2 announcement it says
Phase 2 test set is a superset of the Phase 1 private test set (Site F)
Is this true? I don’t see any overlap between the sites and timestamps for the phase 1 test data (public-test-data-v0.2.csv) and the phase 2 test data (public-test-data-v0.3.csv)
