Final Round Test Set Released 🧨🚀

Dear Participants,

We’re pleased to announce that the final test set for Flextrack 2025 is now live. This round includes predictions for both seen and unseen sites.

A subset of these sites contributes to the public leaderboard (visible throughout the final round), while the private leaderboard—based on a mutually exclusive subset—will determine the final winners. Private scores will be revealed after the round concludes.

:spiral_calendar: Deadline: 23:59 UTC, October 22, 2025

:page_facing_up: Dataset: flextrack-2025-public-test-data-v0.3.csv

:round_pushpin: Available on the Resources page of the competition.

Each team may submit up to 10 entries per day, so we encourage you to plan your submissions carefully in the remaining days.

Best of luck to all teams!

Just checking, will the final private scores be calculated using our “best” submission (according to public leaderboard) or our “last” submission during this phase?
Edit: Or will the best submission according to the private leaderboard will be used?

Since the dataset wasn’t released at the very beginning of the Final Round, participants in certain time zones may not have time to make submissions before the first day’s deadline (23:59 UTC, October 20). This could result in wasted submission opportunities from their daily 10-entry limit, which seems unfair.

I suggest considering a change from “10 entries per day” to “30 total entries over the 3-day period” to ensure all participants have equal opportunity to utilize their full submission quota regardless of time zone.

This would maintain the same total submission limit while providing more flexibility for all teams.
