Maybe I have missed this topic in rules and if yes, then sorry about that. Could you please clarify me about external data? Is it allowed here?

Using external datasets are allowed as long as they are publicly available in the form that you use them.
However, we must be able to reproduce your submissions through your submitted code, including re-training it, therefore if you are using external data it’s best to link it or upload it as a zip file with a clear publicly available source listed in your code.
