Hi everyone, I’m training my model when the kernel died, then I’m rebooted the Jupyter notebook to fix it, but when I’m tried to import the data the next error appears: Transport endpoint is not connected.
What should I do?

Hi, if you mean access to a shared drive then I am ware of this and is already being looked at. I am sorry but we do not have resources to solve issue instantly. Things like this require an available engineer to investigate and fix.

Hi @mis_mierdas , the engineer mounted the drive again. I checked and it seems fine now. We don’t know why your VM has a shared drive issue. It would be good to copy the data somewhere else in case it happens again over the weekend.
