All the participants in both the single camera and multiple camera leaderboards are invited to submit papers to the 2nd International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence (IJCAI) Workshop on Artificial Intelligence for Autonomous Driving (AI4AD), and the 1st Workshop on Safe Learning for Autonomous Driving (SL4AD), co-located with the International Conference on Machine Learning (ICML 2022).
All work on autonomous driving are welcome (4-page extended abstracts or 8-page full papers; page count does not include references or appendices), especially those academic manuscripts that describe your research, development, and experiments on the L2R Autonomous Racing Virtual Challenge.
As the goal is to aggregate all efforts in relevant areas, dual submission is allowed: feel free to submit work-in-progress, work under review, or work already accepted/published elsewhere.
Please see the conference pages and submission details below:

Top Tip #1: Most teams have already done a fair bit of heavy lifting for the paper when teams submitted a README that detailed how to run your training code and reproduce your current score on the leaderboard with your approach, along with a description of the approach (1-2 paragraphs), describing algorithms used, optimization procedures, and other technical methodology.
Top Tip #2: Relevant paper to review and cite include the Learn-to-Race: A Multimodal Control Environment for Autonomous Racing, James Herman*, Jonathan Francis*, Siddha Ganju, Bingqing Chen, Anirudh Koul, Abhinav Gupta, Alexey Skabelkin, Ivan Zhukov, Max Kumskoy, Eric Nyberg, ICCV 2021
