All Submissions "Waiting In Queue" for 12 Hours

FYI, all submissions (from all teams) have been “waiting in queue” for the past 12 hours. Perhaps an admin can investigate. Thanks.

AICrowd folks are notified. One possible reason is that, the Meta challenge is coming close to the deadline with a surge of submissions, but we are looking for other possibilities.
