All submissions submitted before the deadline should be accepted!

In view of the long waiting time for submissions, I recommend that the sponsor make a clear statement that all submissions submitted before the deadline(Ending 20 Jul 23:59 UTC) should be considered. They also should deploy more machines!!!

@Ive_s : That is correct. The evaluators will not accept your submissions after the deadline.
