Added tag with "submission-v" prefix but no evaluation issue created

Hello organizers!
I am trying to make submission to Track 1.
As what I did last week, I just tag my code with “submission-v” prefix, but no evaluation issue was created.

Is there any change to the submission tag format?

May I ask why the error “Inference failed” was reported during the Validation phase? And no error logs were provided
