Both are correct. The paper submission deadline (Sept. 15 2021 (23:59 UTC-10)) is different from challenge end, i.e. submission closing (Sept. 14 2021 (23:59 UTC-10)).
Hi, just to be sure… In the “timeline” section it says challenge submission closes at Sept. 14 2021 (23:59 UTC-10), now is 03:47 UCT-10 time, so there should be 20 hours remaining, but the challenge website claims there is 10 hours remaining. What is the actual submission deadline?
