A bug in the submission status prevents me from submitting

Hi! @aicrowd_team
The following image shows that my submission is currently being submitted (although it has been ongoing for a day!), but the issue proves that it has already failed. This leads to when I want to make a new submission, it will be directly failed. It shows

Submission failed : You have exceeded the allowed number of parallel submissions. Please wait until your other submission(s) are graded.

It seems to me that submissions are not being accepted yet. Since 1st round has already ended, and for some reason the 2nd has not yet begun. I wonder when round 2 will start? Maybe the deadline will be extended and the number of attempts will be increased?)
