To ensure your work receives full recognition, we strongly encourage all teams to submit both a technical report and a poster to the upcoming 2025 KDD Cup RAG Workshop.

:memo: Technical Report Submission Details:

  • Submission Link: TBA
  • Deadline: July 25, 2025 at 11:59 PM UTC
  • Format Requirements:
    • Maximum 8 pages (excluding references)
    • PDF format only
    • Use the ACM Conference Proceedings template (two-column format)
    • For formatting details, refer to the KDD Track Call for Papers

:pushpin: Poster Submission Guidelines:

  • Size Limit: 93 cm (W) × 131 cm (H)
  • Display Format: One poster per face; two posters total per board
  • Orientation: Landscape or vertical layouts are both acceptable
  • Materials Provided: KDD will supply pushpins for mounting

How about presentation conditions? or not presentation?
we will write a technical report. we need to proceed a preparation of material in parallel.

I am not very sure if virtual presentation will be an option, but last year, we invited those who cannot come on site to submit a video to present.

Hi @tereka, I am not sure about the presentation condition, but I think the process will stay similar to last year: those who win will be guaranteed, while those who did not will be selected (e.g. according to available time slots).

The task 2 and 3 confusion issue has been raised to relevant organizers.
