As per the rules we need to have an affiliation to an organization. Is it possible to form teams across organizations?
Say between two independent researchers and two researchers from a company?

CLEF challenges do not support the native AiCrowd feature of creating teams from different accounts. However you can choose a “dummy” affiliation name that somehow represents your case, or alternatively just the company name
Regarding the EUA I think it’s best to do it in the name of the company.
