Now, the daily submission quota has been reduced to 2. But the submition time restriction is not changed, i.e., the submitions interval is strictly 24 hrs for two successive days. For example, if one team submit in 23:50 UCT, then they have to finish the submition within 10 minutes next day, as 24:00 UCT is the deadline. This is really a pain point.
I’d like to suggest that the organizers cancel this time restriction in the last week. That is, one can submit twice at any time of the day. All teams will be benefit from this way.
