Different CUDA version

Hello,

our submissions are build with cuda 10.0. How can we set a custom cuda toolkit version?

But, as the evaluation environment doesn’t include a GPU, do you really need to setup CUDA in your submissions?

We did some profiling and we saw it takes sufficient time on the inference of the model, so we thought we could have access to gpu to speed it up.
